Restorative

A dynamic flow that links movement and breath, perfect for those who want to build strength, flexibility and connect within. A flowing sequence of yoga poses.

A very slow-paced and medatitave practice, focused on deep stretches and relaxation. Holding poses for long periods of time to stretch and lengthen bodys connective tissues.

An extreemly calm practice, using props to support the body in restful poses, exceptional for relaxation, deep breathing and recovery. Holding poses from 5-10 minutes maximizing relaxation.
